To begin crafting your custom order or reserving your event session, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. This secures your spot in our production schedule and covers the initial cost of materials. Your order will not be started until the deposit is received.

Due to the handcrafted and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a defect or issue with your item upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days so we can address it appropriately.

Final payment is due prior to pickup, shipping, or delivery. No items will be shipped or released until full payment has been received. For custom or bulk orders, final payment must be made at least 7 days before the agreed completion date.

If a client chooses to cancel their order:

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refundable at our discretion, depending on how much work has been completed.
• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or text confirmation) within 48 hours of the order being placed to be considered for any partial refund beyond the deposit.
